On February 9th, it was my sons 12th birthday. He is in love with the Hummer H2, so as a birthday surprise i decided to rent one for the day and take him out in it. Ann (the manager) offered to have one of the car detailers drive me to another car rental company not far from them so I could get a car. I ended up renting from the competition and I have to say I really do hope I don't have to do that again. There is something to be said for walking in and having the people working there know my name, say hi with a smile, and just treat me like a friend.
